With the players we have, we need to press teams - be on the front foot as much as possible .

Like what Barcelona do.

We haven't got their calibre of players,which also leads to a lackof confidence to keep up the press on teams.

So, we need a leader who can galvanise us when the heads drop from time to time, to get us at it, and not perform half hearted.

It was disappointing to see us out done by intensity and desire. Lanzini, just does not do that does he? He is a skillful player, but too easy to knock of the ball and his game. Fornals looks like he can be better, has more fight in him. Anderson is another one that does not stand up well when the going gets tough. Yarmolenko can fight, but was disappointing yesterday. Very disappointing, we need to beat the teams around us Palace and Everton. This was a big step backwards, we really need to put it behind us and fight for some wins and get some confidence back when Sheffield and Newcastle come to visit.

For the record, believe it or not, Anderson is one of the fastest players in the league.

That shocked me. Clearly he's no slouch, but i didn't think he'd clocked one of the fastest times.

I clearly pointed out that Barcelona have a better class of player. I highlighted them because they're a team that doesn't have overly physical or exceptionally fast players everywhere.
